Confirmation of payment will be provided upon completion of the booking. We will then organise the inspection with the agent and return of your report (typically) within 5 – 10 working days.
Our company’s area of expertise lies within the detailed inspection of residential properties and the analysis of building defects. We produce are RICS Home Surveys Levels 2 and 3. Please note that we are not a Valuation practice that carries out Building Surveys. We are a specialist Building Surveying Practice. Typically, your mortgage company will provide a valuation and it is your responsibility to obtain a residential property survey.
